Coterra Energy (CTRA) Update - Dec 2

My updated profile and forecast/valuation model has been posted to the EPG website.
Coterra was created last year by the merger of two outstanding Sweet 16 companies.
> It now generates about $1 billion of free cash flow per quarter.
> FCF is used to pay "Fixed + Variable" dividends, buyback common stock and they've paid off a lot of debt. Dividend yield over 10%.
> Coterra is a "gasser" with decades of running room.
> Very little production is hedged for 2023. Using collars with high ceiling.
> Trading today at $27. My current valuation is $40.
