I have updated my forecast/valuation model for NOG and it will be posted to the EPG website this afternoon. My valuation adjusts from $62 to $58 per share, primarily because I have lowered my valuation multiple to just 3.5 X 2022 to 2024 annualized operating cash flow per share. NOG is going to report very strong Q4 results, but I want to see their detailed guidance for 2023, including an update on the Mascot Project Acquisition.
