What concerns me is that we are focused on shooting down balloons and no one seems worried about the global oil market. If 5,000,000 bpd of Russian oil would be lost to the global market it would have a big and very bad impact on the global economy.

I was reading a tweet by Tracy(chi)@chigirl yesterday that Russia is planning to reduce their crude exports by 25% from their western ports in March.
