ESTE

Many here like ESTE. It appears ESTE is 90% owned by institutions and 17.8% short interest. Why is the short interest so high?
One of four scenarios:
- Traders hedging their commodity long position with a offsetting short position in baskets of EP names
- Sellers of assets that sold to este got cash and stock. They like the cash more than the stock. So they short the stock to protect their sell price?
- Global Warming?
- Paper traders?
