This is one of my favorite personal holdings, most of which I got when they merged with MNRL.

I have updated my forecast/valuation model for STR and posted it to the EPG website.
My valuation increases by $1.00 to $33.00 per share.

STR is a minerals/royalties company in our High Yield Income Portfolio. It closed the merger with Brigham Minerals (MNRL) on 12/29/2022, which takes production up to more than 34,000 Boepd, from 17,990 Boepd in Q3.

Based on my 2023 forecast, STR's 2023 dividends should total approximately $2.32/share.

At the time of this post, STR was trading at $23.78

When I get more conservative, I will buy it just to see what it feels like.

STR is an "Aggressive Growth" company. I would not call it a "conservative" investment.
