I will be flying to San Diego on Monday, April 24 to speak at the ADISA 2023 Spring Conference April 24-26.
At the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina

ADISA = "Alternative & Direct Investments Securities Association" < Lots of real estate and oil & gas limited partnership deals. U.S. Energy Development (a first-class outfit) asked me to speak. Most of the attendees are registered broker/dealers.

I will be speaking at 5PM on Tuesday, but with nothing else to do all day.
