Dan, thanks for this post. I have found the long version critical. Very informative! His take on the emissions for shipping oil into California is stunning.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that all of you watch the long version (just 35 minutes). It will convince you that if the U.S. goes down the path that California is on, our standard of living will decline rapidly.
There is NO REPLACEMENT for fossil fuels.
