Sitio Royalties (STR) Valuation Update - May 19

I have updated my forecast/valuation model for STR and posted it to the EPG website.
My valuation stays at $32/share.
Q1 is the first full quarter since the merger with Brigham Minerals. Q1 production of 34,445 Boepd should increase to an exit rate over 36,350 Boepd.
STR has a lot of "Running Room".
STR was trading at the time of this post at $25.59. 2023 dividends should total $2.06 for annualized yield of over 8%.
