Black Stone Minerals (BSM) Update - June 1

I have posted an updated profile and forecast/valuation model for BSM to the EPG website.
> BSM is in our High Yield Income Portfolio. Current annualized yield is over 12%.
> Pristine balance sheet with large cash balance.
> ~50% of 2023 natural gas hedged at $5.15 with Swaps.
> I expect production to be down a bit in Q2 and Q3 before ramping up into year-end.
> This is the only MLP in the High Yield Income Portfolio.
