We had another perfect day in PV until ~5PM CT and then it started pouring down rain. We had more than enough sun today, so getting forced into our villa is still a great day. We have a whole new staff at Esplendora and they are great.

You guys are doing a great job moving oil & gas prices higher. During most of our vacation trips the commodity prices go down.

Next week we will be publishing updated profiles on all of the remaining Sweet 16 companies and I will be updating the forecast models on all of the Small-Caps.

Dan, a question. Mexico is ruled by the drug cartels. Do you really feel safe where you are? I would NEVER go to Mexico.

We feel very safe in PV. Over 65,000 American and Canadian citizens have retired here.

BTW gangs control large areas in most of America's large cities. I just don't go to those areas.

Dan, you need to use the img function and put a picture in for us to see. Here is a picture of our resort in French Polynesia and the four-masted sail ship on Windstar:

Dan,

What source do you use to track the 5 Yr. Avg. Withdrawal or Build. I know you keep track of this data on a weekly basis.

Thanks
