SilverBow was added to my Watchlist four years ago and promoted to the Sweet 16 on 6-18-2022 at a share price of $5.30. It will be at least a 1,000% winner for us and maybe 2,000% if their 2024 guidance confirms my forecast model assumptions.

This company continues to impress on building a versatile quality position in the Eagle Ford as well as its ability to execute and be nimble based on commodity pricing. This one has to be at the top of your good finds! Much appreciated for the fruitful prospecting you have done and continue to do.

Thanks. I believe that SBOW will end up in the "EPG Hall of Fame". TransGlobe Energy (TGA) holds the record, with more than a 4,000% gain. TGA was in the very first Sweet 16 back in 2002.

We met with SilverBow management at EnerCom this week, the day after
the Company announced its transformational $700M Eagle Ford acquisition.
We dug into details of the pro forma company, assuming the Chesapeake
acquisition closes as expected around quarter-end, and disclose updated
modeling assumptions herein. The acquisition is a logical bolt-on, given the
existing footprint, and continues the growth and oily pivot initiative SilverBow
started in 2021. We believe the accretive acquisition provides both scale and
high-quality, liquids-rich inventory. We also believe the deal, and the strong
equity performance (SBOW +66% in last 3 mos, vs. XOP +20%), improve
the board's strategic leverage over activist investors. As we await details on
the close date, we will look for updated comments on natural gas realizations
and transportation/processing unit expense, given legacy takeaway contracts
entered into by Chesapeake.
