Updated Price Targets - Aug 16

This morning Nitin Kumar (rated 5 Stars by TipRanks) at Mizuho Securities made the following adjustments to his price targets.
Sweet 16: My valuation are in blue

Comstock Resources (CRK) from $17 to $15 < $15.00
Diamondback Energy (FANG) from $174 to $191 < $178.00
EOG Resources (EOG) from $146 to $155 < $150.00
Earthstone Energy (ESTE) from $19 to $22 < $32.00
Ovintiv (OVV) from $62 to $65 < $65.00
Range Resources (RRC) from $35 to $38 < $30.25
SM Energy (SM) from $41 to $48 < $56.00
Vital Energy (VTLE) from $54 to $63 < $134.00
High Yield Income Portfolio:
Civitas Resources (CIVI) from $80 to $90 < $104.00
Coterra Energy (CTRA) from $39 to $42 < $29.00
Devon Energy (DVN) from $65 to $60 < $65.00
Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD) from $265 to $294 < $252.00
Obviously, Nitin has increased the oil prices used in his valuation models. Also, keep in mind that his price targets are where he thinks the stocks will be a year from now. My valuations are what I think it is worth today. I definitely think the gassers will increase in value a year from now when HH gas prices should be much higher.
