Keep in mind that the offering is by a shareholder fund, not by the company. This offering does not increase the number of shares outstanding or provide any money to the company.

Another director buy of about $100,000 in shares was reported yesterday. This was a good tip at an opportune time. Don't think you will see this one with a 5 handle for much longer.
