$42 million at 8.5% convertible at $13.25 per share to redeem $34.5 million at 6.75% convertible at $19.13 per share. Not the worst terms we have seen in this rising interest rate environment. Surge is not over levered, has a great development plan, and is making nice monthly dividends so this seems like normal course extension.
