HOUSTON, TX – (Business Wire) – May 11, 2012 – Saratoga Resources, Inc. (NYSE Amex: SARA, the “Company”) today announced that it will host a conference call on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 to discuss its first quarter 2012 results and to provide a current update on operations.
