paid out special 10.00 dividend and another 5.00 dividend and quarterly 2.50 dividend today. only down 21.65 now. last year paid out 10.00 regular quarterly and 10.00 special dividend.

The Company clarified today that since the Dividends in aggregate constitute more than 25% of the closing price of the Company’s common stock on December 11, 2023, per FINRA rules, the ex-dividend date for the Dividends will be December 28, 2023, the first business day following the payment date.
