for those unaware when Fukishima hit Japan that was the catalyst for the huge downturn and bear market in nuclear even though the earthquake did no damage to the plant---it was the tsunami. Rick Rule has maintained that the startup of Japan reactors would be a catalyst and it clearly has helped. The fact no sell off on this news is encouraging.
