They pre-announced here:

https://feeds.issuerdirect.com/news-release.html?newsid=7279199869954772. They sold one ship at huge gain

They should report between 1.25-1.50 earnings. Stock is 4.65, NAV north of 10-11
They are buying back shares.
They are a mini cap,
They have 45.6 m cash and market cap is about 47.5. So market cap is all cash and you get rest of business for free.
only 5 ships, 3 tankers and 2 bulkers

Please due own DD. I am occasionally wrong. I think this could move to 8 over next year

You are our tanker source. Your picks have been great. I’m in with a starter position.

Thanks, Fraser. For anyone looking for high dividend LPG tanker stock , check out BWLLF. Singapore investment holding with MC of 1.85 billion. ROIC of 27% ,FCF of S400 million last year, debt to equity of 35% and last year's dividend was $ 3.45 (25%) . Trades at $11.78. Average forecast from analysts for 2024 is $15.96. Unlike Fraser, I'm more than occasionally wrong.

Just an FYI. BWLLF is being listed on the NYSE on April 29th but the shares will start to be moved tomorrow. BW LPG is a world leader in LPG shipping. "We use pioneering technology to power our vessels with cleaner-burning liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and invest in R&D to take us towards a zero-carbon future."

"BW LPG is listed on the Oslo stock exchange since 2013. However, we trace our heritage back to the 1930s and our global footprint spans multiple countries.

BW LPG is associated with BW Group, a leading global maritime company involved in shipping, floating infrastructure, deepwater oil & gas production, and new sustainable technologies. Founded in 1955 by Sir YK Pao, BW controls a fleet of over 490 vessels transporting oil, gas and dry commodities, with its 200 LNG and LPG ships constituting the largest gas fleet in the world. In the renewables space, the group has investments in solar, wind, batteries, biofuels and water treatment."

The company's balance sheet is quite excellent. ROIC of 27% and FCF yield of 21% with a 25% dividend. Should be interesting as to how it trades next week since it's float is 69 million shares and average daily volume on the OTC is 10,000. It will have the 10th highest dividend of all stocks on the NYSE.
For anyone interested in dividend income who believes the shipping world in petroleum products has a sustained future, this one might peek your interest.
