I was interviewed on a Vancouver investment show (the kereport) today for a podcast which will air on Saturday. We discussed how grossly undervalued most Canadian upstream companies are. I used Hemisphere Energy and InPlay Oil as examples. Both with pristine balance sheets, paying nice dividends and significant upside that are trading below the PV10 Net Asset Value of their proved reserves. No profitable upstream company should trade below PV10 of just 1P reserves.
BTE and SGY also mentioned as very cheap.
