$ 137.5 m. Bought in the open market every day except for Aug 19th.
Explains the relative strength with NG falling last few weeks.
I always wondered if he would just take this private if and when NG fundamentals turns better.

He has all the info on the new wells in Western Haynesville and bank waiver status. He is obviously bullish longer term for all the reasons Dan has mentioned

None of the insiders are selling, so they are in the know too.

He has 2 days to report his purchases and as of yesterday he was up to date. Any buys made today have to be reported by Friday.

I am now on the sec watch list to see if he keeps buying. But he was adding last 4 days at 11 or better. I don’t see him slowing down with crk at 10.20

The company loves saying how they have JJ support on every earnings call. Their silence is deafening over his buys last 16 days.

With the NFL money rolling in , he needs to put it somewhere.

Anxiously waiting for Fridays close to see if JJ is still buying. His avg cost is 10.20 and it traded below that price yesterday and opened around that number today

Forbes reported today that the Cowboys are worth 10 B , the highest value for a NFL franchise

I think he is nearing the blackout period going into the end of the quarter. With only 26% +/- public float his trades are a significant part of the daily volume. Not sure why he hasn’t tendered yet. He is competing with himself on price as he is diminishing the supply of stock available for sale. Unless he knows something not known by the market it may be a good time to exit at the higher price than will prevail when he stops buying.

Short Interest increased from 21.9 m shares to 27.7 m over the period 7/31 to 8/15.
Short interest to available float increased to a whopping 37.1 % which implies the float is only 75 m shares

I covered my short on CrK and went long. This isn't an endorsement of fundamentals.
It's purely a speculative play that JJ is going to bust a move up the middle!

NG supply was a plus 35 today 7 better than Celsius was predicting a + 42 which MIGHT indicate that the gassers might have gotten religion and slowed production,

NG moved off the floor of 2.03 to 2.14 as of this writing.

The low today was 10.07..now at 10.60 at 313 est

closed at 10.75

He stopped buying last Tuesday. Soon as he stopped , the name stopped rising and now has reversed
Looks like he is waiting for $8 again

I think he has likely entered the public company blackout period prohibiting trading by insiders prior to quarter end and earnings release.
