I live in North Scottsdale . This build out in the West Valley of Phoenix will be massive. Area is the American (likely future worldwide ) home of Taiwan SemiConductor.

Is freshwater a concern for the size of this project in AZ?

Yes, big time Moke. The word I'm hearing is that Arizona is willing to spend billions on a desalination plant in the Baja Gulf and have the water piped 200 miles north in a deal with Mexico. Time will tell. Clearly if Ackman/HHH wants to build this city he/they will likely have to subsidize this project. Would be a win for everybody but the environmentalists.
