“So there are a number of these large projects that should be wrapping up in the next few months and we are very, very excited to be announcing the data. As far as we've been told, every, every single project that we have done has received truly astounding performance results. And So what we are focused on, because graphene can be used to positively improve almost any material that you can think of, we are focused on driving towards revenue, of course, for shareholders and for the overall health, the health of the company really as soon as possible.”
“We have been speaking with a large automotive company and we have now done multiple trials within multiple areas. The one I'm going to speak to today is regarding automotive composites. And so this is projected to scale up at a certain point this year. Automotive does traditionally move a little bit slower than some industries. This was one of the customer contacts that was really incoming interest. So it's not that we're targeting automotive. This was really interest that was expressed in Hydrograph. This should be a very, very large deal once commercialized for Hydrograph in excess of 1000 metric tons of graphene annually.”
And so Hydrograph’s graphene really helps customers to increase the mechanical properties of their materials, which really allows for less material to be used to reach the same performance target. I'm bringing this up to show that there is a significant amount of carbon emission reduction possible with that method. Also, without increasing the cost to the customer, because we're adding such a small amount of graphene and because our graphene is so powerful, we find that really about 110th of the amount of our graphene is able to drive very significant performance benefits as compared to other graphenes in the market. So again it's often at cost break even to the customer and it's a very, very sustainable approach because we can significantly lower carbon emissions both in the reduction in material and also graphene can really improve different production processes.
I don't feel that we are in a position that we need to look to further dilution. As mentioned, we have a number of warrants outstanding there already in the money worth approximately $14,000,000 Canadian. So it could be that if we want to scale quickly, if we would like to list on NASDAQ that could coincide with a round in the future.
But for the moment, no we believe that we have enough capital. Another question, how will you finance continuing operations? So we do believe that we are well financed currently based on what we're looking at. And we do believe that once we start to have some of these commercial milestones hit, we won't need to be using equity capital. We can look at project financing and a number of other methods really to secure additional capital.

Of course, everything is patented and really for an update, we have made significant progress with our commercial pipeline.

So we will be disclosing some news on that in the coming two months. Some new opportunity these have come up and then of course some are moving forward that we have been discussing really for the past few months. So that is certainly exciting.
And as we grow, we will be speaking more to the large scale US facility that we've been planning.
{ 2:00 }
So we have had a new hire come on board and we are looking at an additional two. So again, it's really all hands on deck to continue to grow the pipeline.
We've had fantastic results come up more recently on polyurethane coatings and that's really just increasing the durability, anti corrosive properties and overall life cycle of these coatings that are used really worldwide. So this is very exciting for us that we've had these positive data results back and we will of course be moving forward with some additional opportunities from that study.
And really at scale, there are multiple customers that I think would be looking at upwards of 1000 metric tons annually. (Comment: $250,000 Approximate per ton or $ 250 million for 1,000 tons)
So as we grow as a company, we just want to make it easier for companies or customers to really purchase our graphene and immediately use it because there is a bit of a learning curve in processing nanomaterials. We want to make it as easy as possible so we can immediately bring a product to market and of course, see revenue.
Question: And adding to that, you just announced a research program at the Manchester Graphene Research Center about improving the performance of polyurethane and coding. So what are the benefits of that effort?
Right. So touched on that briefly, but really it's going to be longevity when we're looking at these coatings, I think marine coatings is a easy example to understand if we can improve the anti corrosive properties of marine coating so they don't foul as quickly.
Very well. We will have news out within the next few months and we continue to add to the team both from an engineering perspective to support the increased business development abilities. But we are really looking globally now to add to the team.
So in the event that we would have a very large order that we couldn't currently fulfill, we can immediately press go. And now that we have what we will be announcing soon, a larger scale facility, we will be well poised to do so.
Host Question: And when might an announcement be made about new plant location and timeline for scale up
Very soon as well. That should be within the next month and we're very excited to disclose that.
Host Question: Well, we have lots more questions for you, but I want to give you just a little bit of time for some closing remarks.
Sure. So I think really to wrap it up, I mean, again, we have made really great progress this year, not only with the data that we're using to of course source new markets and new customers, but we are, you know, really anticipating a lot of this new news.
