These "law suits" seldom lead to anything. These are lawyers just trying to generate fees.

> Civitas increased production 24.5% year over year in 2023 and 62.8% year over year in 2024, primarily due to the Midland Basin Acquisition from Vencer Energy that closed in January 2024.
> Production will be down ~6% in 2025 just because they are wisely focused on generating free cash flow this year.
> Reported Net Income per share of $9.09 in 2023 and $8.93 per share in 2024. TipRanks' forecast is $6.25 EPS in 2025. My EPS forecast for 2025 is $7.18
> Civitas is actually one of the more profitable companies in the Sweet 16 on a per share basis.

Like every other upstream company, Civitas cannot control the price of oil.

The last three energy sector analysts that have submitted new reports to TipRanks, rate it a BUY with price targets of $40, $46 and $54.
