Unit Corp - for natural gas bulls

I just pulled up my forecast model for Unit Corp. (UNT) and change my NG price assumption to $4/mcf for 2013. It pushed the Fair Value up to over $70/share.
You can do this yourself on any of the Excel forecast models housed under the Sweet 16 or Watch List Tabs. If you change the commodity prices at the bottom the macros in the models adjust the entire spreadsheet, including the Fair Value calculation. Keep in mind it only works on the Excel versions.
BTW I am now kicking myself for removing CRK from our Small-Cap Growth Portfolio. The deal with ROSE and improving gas prices are HUGE for Comstock.
