this one is really a head scratcher

now if they expect it to go down, why isn't it a sell

I think what happens is the analyst really likes RRC and he knows it deserves to trade at a very high multiple since they do own over a million acres in the Marcellus Shale - North America's most valuable natural gas resource play BUT he is required to use a low NG price deck to come up with the valuation.
