Any thots on PXD?
I own some PSE, which PXD is going to acquire for shares...my question, do I want to hold PXD stock? Any/all suggestions welcomed....

Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners (NSYE: PSE) announced that they received a buyout proposal from Pioneer Natural Resources Company (NYSE: PXD). The deal offers PSE 0.2234 of a share of Pioneer Natural Resources Company for every common unit of Pioneer Southwest Energy.
With PXD's current share price trading around $138, that gives a value of approximately $30.80 per unit of PSE.
