Oasis Petroleum (OAS): An updated profile and forecast model have been posted under the Sweet 16 Tab.
OAS is a pure play on the Bakken / Three Forks in the Williston Basin. It is heavily weighted to oil but their natural gas and NGL production is going up as they are working hard to tie in more wells to gas lines. In fact, I think there is a good chance that their gas and NGL production could be much higher than what I've modeled during the 2nd half of this year. Spring Break-up is coming to an end, so they will be completing a lot of high rate Bakken wells in June and July. OAS has their own completion crews.
OAS is an incredible growth story and I consider it one of the top takeover targets in the Bakken. Read this profile carefully.
