$60 bbl oil predicted on Bloomberg

Hard to think this guy was serious. Or remotely competent for that matter.
$60/bbl oil is not happening this year. I recently got a detailed report from the Morgan Stanley Global Research team on commodity prices. Here is what they are forecasting for the second half of this year:
Brent Oil: $107/bbl
WTI Oil: $98/bbl
Henry Hub Ngas: $4.30 for Q3 and $4.60 for Q4
Their "Bear Case" for Ngas is $3.78 for Q3 and $3.90 for Q4 < I found this very encouraging.
