appears to be breaking out of an inverse Head and shoulders continuance pattern. target would be $11.30ish

My EPS forecast is $0.02 for Q2, but Q2 doesn't really matter since it is always the low point for the year.
Increase in WTI oil price should be quite bullish for Canada.
My Fair Value Estimate is $10.60/share.

I just assigned PDS to one of our SMU interns. We should publish an updated profile in a couple weeks. I have always liked this company.
