I am expecting very good reports from the Permian Basin over the next few weeks. I always use a conservative multiple on new companies like FANG since I don't have as much confidence in my forecast model.

I had lunch with one of our Founding Members and a new MBA Student Intern from Rice today. The young woman grew up in Midland and her father has been in the oil business his whole life. She said they have never seen this much activity and excitement in the Permian.

If you like FANG you should take a hard look at CXO, XEC and AREX. All should be reporting strong results in the Wolfcamp.

ROSE also as a new stake in the Permian that was acquired from Comstock.
