An updated Net Income & Cash Flow Forecast model has been posted under the Sweet 16 Tab.
I have increased by Fair Value Estimate, primarily based on the companies increased production guidance. Also, their midstream subsidiary is really coming on strong.
UNT has a very strong balance sheet and they are on-track to generate over $13/share in cash flow. First Call's price target is just $49/share but I expect that to be raised for the reasons above.
