An updated Net Income & Cash Flow Forecast model for GST has been posted under the Watch List Tab. My Fair Value Estimate is $4.50/share compared to First Call's price target of $3.50.

If GST is able to close their East Texas sale to Cubic Energy in August, GST will have $120 million cash on the balance sheet.
Closing should be a catalyst for GST.

Big story on this one is their Hunton drilling program in Oklahoma.

Gastar's pfd stock (8.625% Series A) has a current yield of approximately 8.8%. It pays dividends monthly and they are tax deferred return of capital since the company has no accumulated earnings and profits for federal income tax purposes.
