I own HCLP in an IRA. I have noticed that when it dips near $21 the buyers quickly move in and run it back up to $23.

This unique MLP pays $1.90 dividends per year and they have publicly said they are going to increase distributions to unit holders later this year. I think they will take it up to $2.10 per year.
