Rex Energy Corp (REXX): An updated Net Income & Cash Flow Forecast model has been posted under the Watch List Tab.
I am gaining more confidence in my forecast model for this one. As a result, I have increased my Fair Value Estimate to $22.50.
Like GPOR, Rex has a lot of upside in the Utica Shale.
Their high btu gas sells at a significant premium to NYMEX (realized price for gas in Q2 was $4.48/mcf). Looks like they have more than 30% annual production growth locked in for next three years. Take a look at the bottom of my forecast model and you will see very impressive revenue growth.
