Since they reported a 50% increase in proven reserves I have been expecting EXXI to move higher. Post hurricane season, the company should make a nice move.

The chart has definitely turned very bullish for EXXI. I am working on their forecast model today and I will post it under the Sweet 16 Tab in a couple hours.
I do think a bunch of fund managers have been waiting for the hurricane risk to pass before investing in EXXI.

Energy XXI (EXXI): An updated Net Income & Cash Flow Forecast model has been posted under the Sweet 16 Tab.
My revised Fair Value Estimate can be found near the bottom of the spreadsheet. As the problems with Davy Jones fade from memory, I firmly believe EXXI will move up to my Fair Value Estimate, which IMHO is conservative.
First Call's Price Target is $37.27/share. I think it will go way up when EXXI releases their fiscal Q1 results and we get past hurricane season.
This year, EXXI is drilling a bunch of low risk horizontal development wells that should jack up production. They have a share repurchase program in place that is steadily reducing outstanding shares. They are generating strong cash flows that exceed their capital expenditures. They are going to add a lot more proven reserves this year.
