GST_PA is a "Screaming Buy" under $22. It pays dividends monthly with annual yield over 9.8%.
The Series A pfd dipped this week because of the new issue of Series B pfd with an interest rate of 10.75%. They only issued 2 million shares of Series B, so I don't think it will trade below par of $25 (if in fact it does trade). Series A sits in front of Series B on liquidation rights, so it has less risk.
Regardless, this is a great interest rate on a rock solid pfd stock.
