Lightstream Resources Ltd. (LSTMF): An updated Net Income & Cash Flow Forecast model has been posted under the Watch List Tab.
I have adjusted the commodity prices used in my forecast model to $90/bbl for liquids (includes NGLs and differentials) and $3.75/mcf for natural gas.
Increases my Fair Value Estimate to $13.90/share.
Common stock dividend annual yield is now 7.8%. Paid monthly.
