KMP

I have gotten a lot of e-mails asking my opinion on the dip in KMP unit price caused by the negative article in Barron's. KMP is on our MLP Watch List, but I don't follow it that closely. There is only so much time in each day and I focus on our model portfolio companies, especially when they are releasing quarterly results.
My SWAG is that this is a great buying opportunity. Keep in mind that KMP is a large publicly traded partnership that is audited by one of the top accounting firms in the world. The auditors examine this stuff very closely. Read the article below.

My general comment is that these negative articles usually turn out to be a lot of hot air and end up creating great buying opportunities on good companies. Remember all the negative stuff written about LINE that turned out to be a bunch of BS.
