Libya's rebels to open two ports; bigger ports open within a month. Rebels agreed to open two smaller ports at Zueitina and at Hariga immediately, and agreed to consider opening two larger ports at Es Sider and at Ras Lanuf depending on the outcome of additional talks. The agreement with Tripoli provides that the two smaller ports open and that rebels and protesters are not permitted to return to or obstruct the properties. There was no information available on Sunday afternoon, according to Reuters, to indicate what additional stipulations are being requested by the rebels to open the larger ports.
