Energy Prospectus

Looking over the EPG Sweet Sixteen and the EPG Small-Cap watch list, the great majority have delivered very solid gains in recent months. As a new EPG member, the question I seem to ask myself the most at this point: What should I buy first with new money? Which are the screaming strong buys?

Is the answer to buy first those stocks most undervalued relative to EPG price targets? I realize there's no guarantees, and risk associated with any of these companies....

for example, OEDV on the small cap watch list appears to be the most undervalued, so I would guess it's a "Buy First" stock from that list

OEDV has the most risk, primarily because of its size. I recommend you start some of the larger Sweet 16 and build a solid base of "Core Holders". I have been doing this since 2001 and holding companies with solid double digit production and reserve growth locked in is a wise move.

Stay heavily weighted to oil. Natural gas prices have firmed up, but are a long way from being as profitable as oil wells.
