Comstock +4.3% on results of first Burleson County Eagle Ford shale well • 4:53 PM

•Comstock Resources (CRK) +4.3% AH after saying its Henry A #1H well, its first well drilled in its east Texas extension of the Eagle Ford shale in Burleson County, Tex., was tested at a peak 24-hour average production rate of 1,267 boe/day.

•CRK's second well drilled in the extension recently reached total depth and will be completed in July.

Take a hard look at my forecast model for CRK and you will see that it has HUGE upside for us. As they prove up more Eagle Ford, I will increase the CFPS multiple that I am using for my valuation. CRK is going to look a heck of a lot better to Wall Street by year-end.

Stifel raised their target price for CRK to $33 this morning.

crk apparently is breaking out from strong resistance at 28-29. this will become strong support. excellent time to buy.
