Arena Resources Update

Arena Resources (ARD) crushed my forecast for the first quarter by reporting EPS of $0.46, that is 10 cents above my forecast.
ARD is debt free and heavily weighted to oil.
SD is getting a good deal on this merger.
ARD's "Fair Value" is being raised to $44/share.
