Why over an 11% hit on ENRJ today when most O&G stocks are up?

Nothing that I can see. These thinly traded micro-caps can make big moves on low volume. Looks like several 1,000 share block trades at market today.

Thinly traded micro-caps can make big moves on above normal volume. Since ENRJ's average daily trading volume is only 7,700 shares, it does not take much. Take a look at the one year chart and you will see what I mean. When it takes a big dip like it did on September 16, that is the time to add a few shares. ALWAYS use limit orders on companies of this size.

I do have a high level of confidence in my forecast model for EnerJex. They are well-funded after their pfd stock offering a couple months ago. Production should go from 582 boepd in Q2 2014 to near 1,500 boepd by the end of 2015. Production should be 900+ boepd by the end of this year.

Q3 earnings per share should be around $0.10 and cash flow per share should be around $0.25.

Dividends on the pfd stock are solid and they should be tax free ROC this year and in 2015.
