As investors in the energy sector this stuff is very important. Weather has a lot to do with energy demand. Joe Bastardi is the best long-range weather forecaster I have seen. A lot of big oil companies subscribe to his premium service and so to a lot of hedge fund managers. Weather impacts a lot of businesses.
