When you go to vote in November

Post by dan_s »

Ask yourself this... "Are you more likely to be infected or beheaded than you were six years ago?"

"A Dallas nurse now suffering from Ebola told the CBS affiliate in Dallas that she informed the CDC she planned to fly to Cleveland days after treating Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan. She informed the CDC she had a low-grade fever, but was told it was OK to take the flight."

If this is true a whole lot of people need to be fired. If anyone on that flight gets Ebola, they have a MAJOR lawsuit against the Federal government. The airline should sue them.

It sure doesn't help when the CDC let's those infected travel on crowed airplanes. Whoever at he CDC approved that nurse's trip from Cleveland to Dallas should be shot. Just when you think the Feds can't do anything more insanely stupid than they already are, they do something like this.

Nearly every African nation has instituted travel bans on West African countries with significant Ebola outbreaks.

Though the Obama administration has insisted travel bans are not necessary, even countries outside of Africa are beginning to start such travel bans, with Colombia and the Caribbean island of St. Lucia on Wednesday adding their names to a growing list of nearly 30 countries that block travelers from virus-stricken Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea.

African nations including Kenya, Zambia, and South Africa make up the bulk of the countries that have instituted some kind of ban, and now that countries on the other side of the Atlantic have begun imposing restrictions, calls for the U.S. to follow suit have intensified

If one more U.S. citizen is infected with Ebola from someone coming here from West Aftrica, Obama is dead meat. He must know this. The way he refuses to admit a mistake drives me nuts.

I agree 1000% with the comments here, the incompetence of the current administration continues to amaze us on many fronts, with very tragic consequences now being observed. IMO the reason the CDC and their puppet masters in the White House refuse to ban air travel from West Africa into the U.S. is they are worried such a ban could upset the Sharpton-Jackson wing of their base, with only 3 weeks til the midterm elections. Ebola doesn't distinguish between race, religion, or political party. The next month will be very dicey watching how many more Ebola cases appear in the U.S. from this fiasco.
