Sweet 16 Changes Coming January 1

Each year during the week between Christmas and New Years Day (between bowl games), I take a hard look at the Sweet 16 and make a few changes.
Two companies that I have been watching closely that have a good chance to be in the 2015 Sweet 16 are:
> Memorial Resource Development (MRD)
> Antero Resources (AR)
We will publish profiles on these two by year-end.
I am also looking very hard at all of the companies in our Small-Cap Growth Portfolio. Most of them are grossly oversold (unless you think oil prices are going lower and are going to stay low forever).
