Fair Value

I just reviewed your update for Rosetta. Obviously, today's share price is nowhere near what you suggest should be fair value (along with a hell of a lot of other companies). So, how to we square this circle? It is an old cliche' that the value of something is what someone is willing to pay for it. In this case, shares of Rosetta. What will it take, in general terms I guess, for the street to see what you see, and should we be stepping up our buying?

4th quarter results in-line with my forecast and a good year-end reserves report should help.

FEAR and GREED drive the markets. Right now FEAR is in control. If oil prices begin to move higher, then greed will take over. See the big moves made on all of the Sweet 16 on Friday. There is a lot of money sitting on the sidelines waiting to move into the energy sector.
