SM is up 20% and I don't see any other news besides the upgrade. Have you heard anything?

sm is up because after it crossed 40 there is no technical resistance until 50. i bought it yesterday on that chart showing--of course i didn't expect the update from sm and the upgrade, also.

so technicals, upgrade and its own update at same time. and oh, did i mention wti up 6+%

Stifel's target price is $55.
