For better or worse, it looks like Obama is going to sign a deal with Iran. What do you think the lifting of sanctions will do to oil prices?

Even if they totally lift the sanctions against Iran, it will take them six months to bring 500,000 BOPD back to market. There oil fields have been shut in for a long time. I discussed this Saturday morning with a man that just got back from the regions after being there for four months.
Iran does have about 7 million bbls in storage, but even that will take awhile to be on the market.

Should we infer from your answer that if oil takes a hit on the news than that would be a buy signal?

I'm trying to understand how he will cut out Congress without a fight. This article helped me understand a bit: http://townhall.com/tipsheet/conncarrol ... l-n1964687
Not sure if it's accurate. How could this all play out? Could it go to the Supreme Court? Seems like a treaty to me.

Kerry and Obama doing an end zone dance.

"Peace in our time".... heard that line once before, back in the '30s ?

Other Obama proclamations:

"Yemen is a model showing how our anti terrorist policy is working"

"If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor"

too many others...

notice Obama's tone in his remarks....
always soft spoken, upbeat...as he speaks to Iran
always stern, scolding....as he speaks to Israel and anyone who disagrees with him

Obama says the Grand Ayatollah has issued a fatwa against nuclear weapons, so we can trust them!!

all that silly talk about "Death to America"....we've heard that rhetoric before....gosh darn, you mean you take that talk seriously? how silly of you

sorry, but I have to get a barf bag anytime Kerry or Obama are talking on TV any more

I guess we will see if "a deal" is better than "no deal", but there is going to be a lot of fighting in Washington before this one is signed. I thought Israel and Saudi Arabia were our allies. This deal cannot make them feel good.
