With LNG exports expected to begin shortly I wonder if you have been looking into possible investments in this narrow space, whether they may be terminals, shippers, etc. Thx.

Analysis of the Tankers and LNG shippers is a bit above my pay grade. The Cheniere Energy group (LNG, CQP, CQH) looks a bit overvalued to me, but they will draw attention if they succeed in starting shipments later this year.
